Takeover Ads are designed as a high-impact, one-day immersive sponsorship on discovery+, introducing a featured brand as the first advertising message viewers see when starting a stream.
I created the creative format for this ad product as a strategic solution for key brand moments such as product launches, studio premieres, and major announcements. Every execution was tailored to amplify the brand’s message and engage viewers from the start.
This ad product was later adopted by HBO Max, building upon the original concept developed for discovery+.
Binge Ads
Ad-Free Episode Reward

Binge Ads reward committed viewers with an ad-free episode during a streaming binge session. After three consecutive episodes, a short custom intro informs viewers the fourth episode will play ad-free, thanks to the brand’s sponsorship.
I developed the creative approach for the format, adapting advertiser assets into engaging “reward” moments that extend their national campaigns while reinforcing the viewer benefit.

Limited Commercial Interruptions reduce the number of ads viewers see by allowing a single sponsor to own 100% of ad breaks within select discovery+ series.
I created the custom open format used to introduce the limited commercial experience, combining show IP with sponsor branding to establish the advertiser before the episode begins.
